Kayla Trevino

Kayla Trevino is a junior at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design working toward her BFA in Drawing and Painting  to accompany her BFA she is also working towards the Teaching Artist minor. Her work is in watercolor painting with narrative from her life experiences. 

Kayla has experience co-teaching in a 5K classroom in her home city of Milwaukee at a local Montessori school. She believe that children, young adults and people of all ages should be able to experience art as a form of education.  She wants to work with students to be able to help expose them to the art world and the many possibilities that can become available.

Kayla is to graduated in Spring of 2020 and plans to work towards a Master degree.
