Kerri Mulcare

Kerri Mulcare is a Junior at Minneapolis College of Art and Design where she is pursuing a BFA in Print, Paper, Book Arts. Besides her love for printmaking and book arts, she also enjoys illustration and collage. She has 4 years’ experience working as an education assistant in a health classroom with middle and high school kids on the Autism Spectrum and with the student council to create décor for school functions and dances. For Kerri, art has been an important way for her to explore and process her inner and outer mental/emotional landscape as well as the world around her. She hopes to help others do the same through arts education. After graduating she hopes to obtain certification to teach in a K-12 special education setting, as well as teaching creative workshops for aging adults.
