Tom Bierlein

Tom Bierlein is an artist out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. His work in photography and installation examines the relationships between organic and inorganic materials. Through displacing nature and manipulating it, Tom Bierlein aims to re-contextualize the viewer's relationship with, and impact on, nature and our environment. He has worked for a year and a half at South West Metro Intermediate District as a paraprofessional to a photography class. He has also worked in Minneapolis College of Art and Design and Performing Institute of  Minnesota Arts High School as a teacher’s assistant.
